Product description and prices
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, prices and specifications of our products are correct at the time of publishing and that the reproduction of colour is as accurate as the photographic and production processes will allow. However we cannot accept any responsibility for variations in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by the customer. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. Our total liability for any claims of any kind whatsoever and howsoever arising in respect of, or resulting from, any items supplied by WE, NOT US to the customer shall not exceed the price of the product. We reserve the right to change the details of the product on the website; including prices, colours and sizes without any further notice.
If you wish to exchange an item that has been purchased whilst on sale, you will have to return the item to us and re-order through the site. Please make sure your size is as accurate as possible and do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have about the fitting of any item before ordering it.
Shipping prices are split into small and bigger orders. Small orders can include up to 2 pairs of socks. Medium orders can include up to 1 combo (1 t-shirt and 1 pair of socks). Bigger orders are everything above that.
Small orders: PostNord delivery to your mailbox – 20 DKK – up to 5 working days
Medium orders: PostNord delivery to your mailbox – 40 DKK – up to 5 working days
Big orders: PostNord Service Point delivery with tracking – 60 DKK – delivered next day
Small orders: 30 DKK
Medium orders: 60 DKK
Big orders: 90 DKK

We currently do not ship outside Europe – sorry!
We always ship the orders the next working day. Please note that shipping times can sometimes be longer based on your location and busyness of the post.
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of receipt for any items with which you are not entirely satisfied. Return the item unused and in its original packaging. We do not refund postage costs.
Important information for International customers
We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Items are returned at your own cost. Postage costs will only be refunded if WE, NOT US is faulty (your statutory rights will not be affected). We do not refund postage costs on sale items for exchange.
